Coyote Peterson is educating people about animals in a lighthearted and fun way on the scale (get it like crocodiles have) of the late great Steve Erwin. You can have all the empathy for animals you want, but if nobody knows they exist or how cool they are it aint gonna do shit. No animal is getting hurt, at most this frog is being inconvenienced for all of 30 seconds, but it’s worth it. Go be miserable somewhere else, and let this frog and Coyote be the stars.

No animal is being hurt here. It’s being inconvenienced. He’s handling it gently and demonstrating its natural instincts.
This rampant need to claim animal abuse when anyone so much as films an animal is disgusting and stupid. Not to mention it gives educators like Coyote and Erwin and all of them a bad name.
Coyote has captions on his content too, which makes it even more accessible to everyone and that’s why his channel is awesome.
Some people asked me if I still play hide and seek with the cows. I rather wouldn’t, because the concept of hiding stays a bit beyond their grasp, but when I see those pleading eyes, full of anticipation, I give in every time.

Like a living wreath, small fish encircle the head of a whale shark cruising through coastal waters off Mexico’s Isla Holbox. The small fish have little to fear from this shark, since whale sharks are filter feeders, eating mainly plankton and fish eggs. Whale sharks are currently listed as ‘vulnerable’ due to human pollution and hunting, and populations remain unstable due to the slow reproductive habits of these magnificent creatures.
Swimming with whale sharks is one of my favorite experiences in the sea. Their massive size and gentle nature make for exhilarating encounters.
